3 People Have Been Arrested After A Woman Was Killed After Her Car Was Hit By A Rock!

Authorities in Colorado say they have detained three people they believe threw huge landscaping pebbles at seven vehicles last week. Twenty-year-old motorist Alexa Bartell died in the seventh and last crash.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said that the three male suspects, all aged 18, had been arrested in their houses in Arvada during the night and were being held on suspicion of first-degree murder with extreme indifference. Authorities have stated that further charges are likely.

Authorities have named three suspects in connection with the crime spree: Nicholas “Mitch” Karol-Chik, Zachary Kwak, and Joseph Koenig.

On April 19 at 10:45 p.m., someone threw a huge rock through Bartell’s windshield, striking and killing her, according to the sheriff’s office. According to the sheriff’s office, six other automobiles in the neighborhood had rocks thrown at them in the hour before Bartell was murdered. In two cases, the drivers were only slightly hurt.

Lyft and Uber driver Nathan Tipton was among the four people who walked away from the attack unharmed. After learning that a young woman lost her life due to these unfortunate circumstances, my heart goes out to Alexa and her loved ones. It caught me off guard a little. “It was really hard on my wife,” he said to the press on Tuesday.

“No parent should ever have to bury a kid because of a random act…. Tipton, a father of three, remarked how tragic the situation was. The sheriff’s office said that phone forensics and tips from the public played a role in the investigation and subsequent arrests.

According to the investigation team, Bartell’s car was the final one in a line of automobiles that had been hit by the massive rocks. Her loved ones were informed of the arrests early on Wednesday morning.

After we had captured the suspects and brought them to the station, we were able to contact them in the middle of the night. Kelley reported that “those calls were made, and they are so grateful.”
