Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy on CBS’s The Bold and the Beautiful, announced on her birthday that she is expecting her fourth child.
The news had been the subject of much speculation online. On today’s episode of The Talk, April 17, Wood made the announcement and talked about the 9,000th episode of the CBS soap opera, which will air tomorrow, April 18, and be told from Steffy’s perspective.
Since their July 2018 wedding, the daytime actress and Elan Ruspoli have been happily raising three sons as husband and wife. Rise, their eldest, arrived in the world in March 2019 and was followed by Lennix in February 2021, with the arrival of Brando being announced in May 2022. Is it possible that they are trying to balance out the gender ratio by having another boy or a baby girl? Join us in our anticipation of the big reveal!
Soaps.com’s best wishes go out to the actress and her family, and as soon as we learn the gender of the baby, we’ll share that information with our readers. We can’t wait to see what she has in store for little Brando after her last big reveal!
B&B’s Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Is Pregnant Again
Once again, kudos to you! Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, is expecting her fourth child. On Tuesday, April 18, the 9,000th episode of B&B will air, and on Monday, April 17, the actress announced that she and her husband, Elan Ruspoli, are expecting again during an appearance on the CBS talk show THE TALK to promote the episode.
Wood and Ruspoli wed in July of 2018 and now have three children: Rise, 4, Lenix, 2, and Brando, who will turn 1 next month. Perhaps Wood would like to even the odds by having a daughter after three sons.
The two-time Daytime Emmy winner just made the announcement of her pregnancy, so the upcoming gender reveal is still a ways off. But those can turn out to be quite the spectacle in the past!
Wood’s career took off when she was cast as the replacement for Steffy Forrester on B&B in 2008, a role for which she has since been nominated for multiple Daytime Emmy Awards.
She has made guest appearances on primetime shows like ARROW, ANGER MANAGEMENT, CASTLE, and SOUTH BEACH. Final Destination 5, Turn the Beat Around, and Her Husband’s Betrayal are all examples of horror films in which she meets a horrible end. Wood was also the host of the E! show PARTY ON.
Former “B&B” Star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Confirms She’s Expecting Baby #4
Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy on The Bold and the Beautiful, has won two Daytime Emmys for her performance. On Monday’s episode of The Talk on CBS, Jacqui was a guest to promote the 9,000th episode of B&B, which will air on April 18th.
But Wood had more major news to share. She’s expecting her fourth child. The mother of three recalled her last appearance on The Talk, in November 2021, when she announced her pregnancy with Brando, then a year old. Rise is now 4, and Lennix is 2.
Still, there’s more to come! It’s also Jacqui’s birthday today, so the ladies of The Talk had a little party in her honor. According to Wood, the 9,000th episode of B&B will be a ‘feel good’ show because it will focus on her character Steffy.
The baby’s father has finally identified thanks to a paternity test, and Finn wasted no time in proposing to Steffy. Steffy named her son Hayes in honor of her mother, Taylor Hayes after they had him in a home birth.
