When I Got Reincarnated into Slime will return for a third season in April 2024, right in the middle of the year’s Spring animation season.
Rimuru and the other characters in the new country of Tempest deal with the aftermath of Clayman’s defeat and throw a party in the third season of Tensei Shitara Liquid Datta Ken, only to have a certain Hero crash the event.
When it will be released to the public is the bigger question. Beginning in November of 2022, Kodansha, a Japanese publishing business, and The Walt Disney Company will begin working together on a long-term basis.

Season 3 Of “That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime” Premieres
A third season of Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken will premiere in the Fall of 2022, which is a bit earlier than usual. You may recall that the release date for That Time I Was Reincarnated as a Slime was slated for November 25th, 2022. It was expected that a third season would be announced after the premiere of the TenSura film.
Scarlet Bonds: That Time I Resurfaced as a Slime is the name of this TenSura movie. It included a new plot that centered on Benimaru’s ogre companion Hiiro.
Studio 8bit has animated both the main Slime isekai series and the spinoff A Slime Diaries. Studio 8bit’s current success may largely be attributed to its work on the Blue Lock and Key anime.
The Abnormal at Magic High School by Comet Lucifer, Knight’s & Magic, Promotion of Climb, and Infinite Stratos are some of their other notable works.

The movie’s creators have been vague about the film’s central premise so far. While official confirmation has not yet been made, it is widely expected that That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Movie will serve as the bridge volume between Seasons 2 and 3 of the anime.
There has been no announcement of an official summary as of yet. It’s safe to assume, though, that the film will pick up where the previous sequel left off. So far in the story, Rimuru has managed to defeat the Demon Lord.
The showdown between the protagonist and Clayman was an excellent way to wrap out the season. In the final scene, Rimuru went back to the Jura forest, where the story first began.
The new Demon King of the Jungle is he. Beginning with the third season, the narrative will focus on Rimuru after he has conquered Jura. As Demon Lord, Rimuru’s top priority will be establishing cordial relations with neighboring kingdoms.
Thus, he will begin his quest by discussing resource needs with the kingdom of Falmouth. The circumstances of this conversation will lead to an all-out battle with the Holy Church of the West.

In November 2022, as part of the expanded partnership of the 70-year contract between the two companies, Disney will begin licensing original animation titles based on manga created by Kodansha.
Kodansha-inspired animated shows aimed for an American audience will most likely be available on Hulu USA and Disney+, respectively.
